The body of Civil Judge Junior Division Jyotsna Rai (29) was found hanging at the government residence in Badaun on Saturday morning. Kept talking on mobile till 11 pm on Friday night

According to people living in the neighbourhood, lady judge Jyotsna Rai kept talking to someone on mobile till around 11 pm on Friday night. While she was talking on the mobile, very loud sounds were coming from her residence. People say that it seemed as if he was having an argument with someone on his mobile. It seemed from her voice that she was very angry.


Suicide note was checked by calling a professional

After the suicide note was found in the room of the woman judge, SSP Alok Priyadarshi had called her lawyer to the spot. He was shown the suicide note and the signature of the lady judge. The presenter gave the handwriting and signature of the lady judge only. It is being told that the suicide note found from the spot will be sent to the forensic lab. He will be investigated.


Father said- ‘My daughter was strong, could not commit suicide’

Ashok Kumar Rai, father of the female judge who was found hanging in the government residence, says that no one in his family is so weak nor was his daughter weak. She was very strong and could not commit suicide at any cost. He has been murdered. Late in the evening they filed a murder report against unknown people. The body of the lady judge was sent for post-mortem at eight o’clock in the night.
